The company has an ongoing skills development programme where it identifies people within the local communities who with guidance and training can become a valuable asset to not only the company but the local community.Further to the skills development programme we have an upliftment programme where we assist local people to establish their own businesses through our experience and financial contributions with many becoming successful business owners and sub-contractors.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The company is committed to a safe and healthy working environment and ensures compliance with the South African Occupational Health and Safety Act throughout all of it's projects.All employees are offered a confidential HIV/AIDS test to ascertain their status and encouraged to seek medical attention and counselling of which Global will assist wherever possible. The same applies for any other illnesses and not just HIV/AIDS.
